Licence Condition
The licensee must develop a concept design for an upgrade to the biosolids storage area at the premises. The design should be based on the following principles: groundwater or surface water must not be polluted; offensive odours must not be emitted beyond the premises boundary; and the emission of air-borne particles must be minimised. The licensee must submit a report by 30 October 2016 to the EPA's Manager, Hunter Region at hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au that contains the following information: the concept design; a detailed justification of the concept design; a timetable for implementation of the concept design; and indicative costings for implementation of the concept design.
